Note: Acronis True Image Home Plus Pack works with the standard version of Acronis True Image Home 2012, but not with the network edition of Network Edition or other revisions of previous versions.
Make sure that the build number of your add-on Plus Pack coincides with the assembly of your copy of Acronis True Image Home 2012. Follow the instructions in How do I find the build number of Acronis True Image Home, and then log in to your account to get access to the latest builds of both products.
