We're up for a Webby!

Vote for IRL in The Webby Awards
Mozilla's podcast is nominated for a Webby Award!
Just under a year ago, Mozilla launched the IRL podcast to explore the disconnect between our online and offline selves. And today, with nearly 2 million podcast downloads, we're humbled that listeners are investing their own time to gain new perspectives on what happens when life online gets real.

Now, more than ever, it's important to talk about what makes the internet great — and what we need to do to protect it and ourselves. If you've enjoyed listening to IRL and want to help more people hear about it, take a moment to vote for IRL in The Webby Awards. Voting is open until Thursday, April 19.

  • A browser is different from the internet, but we get a lot of questions about what that difference is. Here are some digital definitions you (or a friend) might find useful.
  • Another Webby nomination! The Glass Room — produced by Mozilla and Tactical Technology Collective — is a sleek pop-up "store" that reveals what happens to your data online. Give it a vote too!
